Seminar on Retaining Talent
CTHR and Speakers Connect proudly present Mr Kerry Larkan, Author of “Winning the Talent War”, who will share his compelling insights into what some of the region’s best businesses are doing to attract, develop and retain talent, and how companies can stay ahead by using their people, their workforce, as a positive competitive advantage. Mr Kerry Larkan is a leading Australian author, keynote speaker, commentator and adviser on one o the most critical issues facing business today – Hiring and Retaining Talent. He is noted for his refreshing thought-provoking perspectives and insights to organizational problems and barriers.
In 2004, Kerry completed a major piece of research on staff loyalty and employers of choice, leading to the launch of his concept “Good Boss ~ Bad Boss” ® and the publication of the books “The Talent War”, and “Winning the Talent War”. Kerry is frequently interviewed by the Asian media as an expert on staff retention. He has written a series of articles for the South China Morning Post on “Good and Bad Bosses”, and contributes to a variety of magazines and online publications.
In the seminar “On the Up – Retaining Talent in a Recovering Market”, Kerry will be sharing his insights on how corporations can be an “Employer of Choice” by building a corporate culture that appeals to people’s values, and the success stories from the region.
